These Terms of Service govern your use of the BK Fence Experts website and the quotes and services we provide in Fayetteville, NC and the surrounding Sandhills. By requesting a quote or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information and measurements available at the time. A written quote is an estimate, not a binding contract, until both parties agree to the scope, price, and schedule in writing. Final pricing may change if site conditions, materials, or scope change.
Our work
We stand behind our workmanship. We install and repair fences using industry-standard methods and materials, and we will walk the finished job with you. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you where applicable.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to identify property lines. We locate public underground utilities before digging; private lines (irrigation, invisible fence, low-voltage lighting) are the property owner’s responsibility to mark.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BK Fence Experts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
